You will awaken your senses, refine your touch, and engage with elemental textures such as feathers, flowers, stones, & loving hands.

What to bring:
Bring a partner or a friend to practice with! Or come solo and be paired up with someone at random!
- Bring a yoga mat or something for laying down
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you can show some skin if you want
- Blindfold or bandana if you want to practice sensory deprivation
- Water/ snacks/ fruits to share
What to Expect:
- Guided sensory awareness exercises:
-Somatic elemental movement meditation
-Nature connection and interbeing practice - Consent/ witnessing practices with elemental beings and humans
-Establishing safety and consent with partners - Playful, exploratory approaches to touch and sensory play:
- Awaken all senses through touch, smell, taste, sight, hearing:
- Sensory deprivation; blindfolds (optional)
- Explore different patterns of touch sensation (thudding, tickling, brushing, stillness, heaviness, lightness, softness, hardness, stinging, etc.
-Light impact play (Willow whips, Stinging Nettles) (optional) - Partnered, solo or and group touch techniques with different elemental textures. Each person takes a turn receiving, unless solo, you get to dive deep in a self/ elemental love journey
