Step into a world of heightened sensation and deep connection with nature. This playshop weaves together the art of tease, sensory exploration, and the wisdom of the natural world. You will awaken your senses, refine your touch, and engage with elemental textures such as feathers, flowers, stones & plant friends.

What to bring:
- Bring a yoga mat or something for laying down
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you can show some skin if you want
- Blindfold or bandana if you want to practice sensory deprivation
- Water/ snacks/ fruits to share
What to Expect:
- Guided sensory awareness exercises:
-Somatic Elemental Movement Meditation
-Nature Connection and interbeing practice - Consent/ Witnessing Practices with Elemental beings and Humans
-Establishing Safety and consent with partners - Playful, exploratory approaches to touch and sensory play:
- Awaken all senses through touch, smell, taste, sight, hearing:
- Sensory deprivation; Blindfolds (optional)
- Explore different patterns of touch sensation (thudding, tickling, brushing, stillness, heaviness, lightness, softness, hardness, stinging, etc..
-Light impact play (Willow Whips, Stinging Nettles) (Optional) - Partnered, solo or and group touch techniques with different elemental textures. Each person takes a turn receiving, unless solo, you get to dive deep in a self/ elemental love journey
- There will be no explicit activities during this course, maybe next time (; But we will keep the container to 18+
