Your Nature is Pleasure.
I guide individuals to reconnect with their bodies, embrace authentic pleasure, and deepen their relationship with nature. I use somatic and ecological based practices to foster personal healing, healthier relationships, and planetary well-being.
The Heart of Nature's Intimacy begins with reconnection—helping you return to the wisdom of your body, rediscover authentic intimacy with the Earth, and embrace pleasure as a force for personal and collective healing. From this embodied place, we can see clearly how the wounds of capitalism, colonization, and environmental devastation mirror our own internal struggles. By nurturing grounded, respectful relationships with us and the land, we foster resilience, cultivate compassion, and contribute to a world where human and planetary well-being thrive in harmony.
I’m a queer, eco-sensual regenerative land steward, sex educator and culture weaver who has always found refuge in nature’s embrace. I’m a queer, eco-sensual regenerative land steward, sex educator and culture weaver who has always found refuge in nature’s embrace. Growing up in a family impacted by addiction, mental illness, and generational trauma, my childhood felt lonely and turbulent. Yet, whenever I could escape into the Nevada mountains or tend a small patch of soil in my grandmother’s garden, I discovered a sense of safety and belonging that I never found at home. From an early age, I sensed that my path would differ from what mainstream society expected of me. I turned toward more holistic ways of living, eventually immersing myself in regenerative land stewardship practices like permaculture design and living in intentional communities where I became an educator and guide to young adults also looking for refuge and meaning in the natural world.
My travels took me across the world, learning from elders, traditional communities, and directly from the Earth. The deeper my connection with the land became, the more alive my senses grew. Colors sharpened, flavors deepened, and my capacity for pleasure expanded in profound and surprising ways. I saw that when I allowed the rhythms of the Earth to guide me, I healed at a core level—my relationships grew more authentic, my self-understanding more compassionate, and my sense of purpose clearer.
Recognizing that intimacy with the Earth can enrich intimacy with ourselves and others, I pursued training with Somatica® Institute to become a Somatic Sex and Intimacy coach. Now, I help others rekindle their innate bond with nature, embrace their unique pleasure pathways, and cultivate loving relationships rooted in authenticity, resilience, and a reverence for the living world.
"Eco somatic" is a term that combines an understanding of our bodies (“somatic”) with an awareness of the ecological world around us (“eco”). It recognizes that our physical sensations, emotions, and well-being are not isolated, but deeply influenced by the land, plants, animals, culture, and ecosystems we live within. In other words, eco
In other words, eco somatic work helps us reconnect with the Earth’s rhythms, acknowledge how our feelings and experiences mirror the state of our environment, and ultimately guides us toward living in a more balanced, respectful, and nurturing relationship with both our own bodies and the planet we call home.
In our coaching sessions, we’ll explore practices that help you reconnect with both your body and the Earth.
This includes Somatic Techniques such as:
-Guided Meditation and Visualization

“The erotic is a measure between the beginnings of our sense of self and the chaos of our strongest feelings. It is an internal sense of satisfaction to which, once we have experienced it, we know we can aspire. For having experienced the fullness of this depth of feeling and recognizing its power, in honor and self-respect we can require no less of ourselves." ― Adrienne Maree Brown, Pleasure Activism: The Politics of Feeling Good

I have a lot of curiosity for the topics she has knowledge about like eco-eroticism and feel excited to continue to learn from her." -Sweet Pea (They/She)
"Khyla has a gift of holding space that inspires openness and expression. One that so easily softens protective walls and encourages full embodiment without shame. She has inspired me through her presence to be just who I am, to reveal my soft underbelly and to trust in her with that vulnerability. I am and forever will be so grateful for

I am and forever will be so grateful for how Khyla's teachings have helped me in my journey of taking my power back. To de shame as an act of resistance "

" We are so grateful for Khyla! We first met Khyla at Conscious Growth Convergence leading the Eco Sensorium Exploration Workshop. She is a curious creature wielding tools harvested from Earth. The first thing that leapt out to us was the absence of judgment and her playfulness! We scheduled a virtual 1 on 1. Knowing we were going to share childhood trauma that we are working through we were quite anxious about it. Khyla was sincere and thoughtful which put us at ease and soon we were laughing and sharing. So excited to explore more with her! Thank you, Khyla!
